Kosrae
Federated States of Micronesia · Micronesia
Kosrae is FSM's smallest and most remote main island, encircled by pristine mangrove-fringed fringing reefs that scientists consistently rank among the healthiest coral ecosystems in all of Micronesia. Its isolation has kept fishing pressure low and corals largely untouched, rewarding divers with walls, blue holes, and shark-dense outer passes that feel entirely undiscovered.
