North Rock
Bermuda · Bermuda
North Rock sits at the northernmost point of Bermuda's barrier reef platform, a spectacular series of coral pinnacles and spur-and-groove formations exposed to the open Atlantic where conditions concentrate pelagic life against the reef edge. The site features some of Bermuda's healthiest hard coral coverage — brain corals the size of small cars, elkhorn and staghorn patches, and towering star coral heads that have been growing for centuries. Schools of horse-eye jacks, rainbow runners, and occasionally silky sharks cruise the outer wall while the inner reef shelters hawksbill turtles and eagle rays gliding over pristine sandy corridors.
