Dubai Artificial Reef
Dubai · United Arab Emirates
A cluster of purpose-sunk vessels and concrete reef modules off Jumeirah Beach has matured into one of the Gulf's most productive artificial reef systems, with hard coral coverage accelerating each year. Schools of snapper and emperor fish swirl around the superstructures while moray eels probe every crevice. Visibility is best from November through April when cooler, clearer Gulf water pushes in from the north.
