Halik Reef
Gili Islands · Indonesia
A gentle coral garden starting at 8 m that flattens into a sand slope at 18 m, dotted with coral heads that serve as turtle grazing and resting stations. 4 to 6 green sea turtles are a typical encounter and the site is used widely as a certification dive for its forgiving topography and negligible current. Nudibranch density is high on the rubble margins.
